CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that, Mr Mark Cyril Olivier has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to
the board of Greenbay (“Board”) and Chairman of the audit committee with effect from 28 June 2016.

It is further advised that Mrs Marie Sarah-Jane Karene Figaro has resigned from the Board effective from
28 June 2016. The Board wishes to thank Mrs Figaro for her valuable contribution to the Company.

Greenbay has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and a secondary listing on the Alternative
Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
