VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company received formal notification in terms of section
122 of the Companies Act No 71. of 2008 (“the Act”), as amended and paragraph 3.83 of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements (“Listings Requirements”) in the prescribed form on 15 September 2015
that Kagiso Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Kagiso”), on behalf of its clients, has reduced its
interest in securities of the Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held
by Kagiso on behalf of its clients collectively amounts to 9.66% of the total issued securities of that
class in the ordinary share capital of the Company.

Shareholders are further advised that, notwithstanding the provisions of section 122 of the Act and
paragraph 3.83 of the Listings Requirements, which only require disclosure when a disposal exceeds
1% of a class of securities, and for purposes of transparency, all future disposals which require
notification in terms of section 122 of the Act and paragraph 3.83 of the Listings Requirements, will be
published on SENS irrespective of whether they relate to a disposal of 1% or more of that class of
securities.
