DIRECTORS’ DEALINGS
The Company confirms that Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive
Officer of Sirius Real Estate, subscribed for 7,447 scrip
ordinary shares in respect of the interim dividend for the six
month period ending 30 September 2014. The reference price for
the scrip dividend was 38.1c. As a result, Andrew Coombs now
has an interest in 2,499,510 ordinary shares representing
0.40% of the total voting rights.
The Company was today notified that Wessel Hamman, Non-
Executive Director, has disposed of 55,000 ordinary shares at
an average price of 39.85c. As a result, Wessel Hamman now has
a direct interest in 100,000 ordinary shares representing
0.01% of the total voting rights.
In addition, the Company was also today notified that James
Peggie, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 800,000 ordinary
shares at an average price of 40.0c. As a result, James Peggie
now has a direct interest in 1,402,678 ordinary shares
representing 0.22% of the total voting rights.
