REVISED SALIENT DATES RELATING TO SPECIAL DIVIDEND AND RETURN OF CONTRIBUTED TAX CAPITAL

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 22 April 2025, in terms of which
shareholders were advised that Texton had declared a non-recurring special cash dividend ("Special
Dividend") and a Return of Contributed Tax Capital ("Return of CTC"), subject to the required South
African Reserve Bank approval being obtained for the declaration of the Special Dividend and Return
of CTC ("Condition") ("Declaration Announcement").

Shareholders are hereby advised that the requisite approval of the South African Reserve Bank is still
outstanding and accordingly the salient dates in respect of the payment of the Special Dividend and
Return of CTC, as contained in the Declaration Announcement, will be revised.

The revised salient dates in respect of the payment of the Special Dividend and Return of CTC will be
communicated to Shareholders via SENS, when the Condition has been fulfilled.
