DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN HOLDINGS IN THE COMPANY

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following:


    -   Rivetprops 47 (Pty) Ltd has disposed of ordinary shares in the Company and its total beneficial
        interest now amounts to 0.0% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.
    -   Geomer Investments (Pty) Ltd has disposed of ordinary shares in the Company and its total
        beneficial interest now amounts to 0.0% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.


Formal notification has been received from Rivetprops 47 (Pty) Ltd and Geomer Investments (Pty) Ltd
and the Company has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Hosken Consolidated Investments Ltd, through its wholly
owned subsidiary, HCI Niveus Holdco 1 (Pty) Ltd, has acquired ordinary shares in the Company and its
total beneficial interest now amounts to 84.6% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.

Formal notification has been received from HCI Niveus Holdco 1 (Pty) Ltd and the company has filed
the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
