RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Martin Daryl Moritz
(“Mr Moritz”) has resigned as a non-executive director and deputy chairman of the Company,
effective from 31 December 2019.

The Board would like to thank Mr Moritz for the outstanding service he has provided to the
Company during his tenure as an executive director, and thereafter as a non-executive
director and deputy chairman of the Board.
