AMENDMENT TO THE IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES OF THE B-BBEE TRANSACTION
Shareholders are referred to the "B-BBEE Transaction" announcement released on SENS on 19 November 2018
and in the press on 20 November 2018 (using the terms defined therein), in which it was stated that
Barloworld was in the process of preparing a Circular which caters for the necessary authorisations
to proceed with the B-BBEE Transaction, and are advised that the important dates and times have been
amended as follows:
Record date for the distribution of the Circular Friday, 7 December 2018
Circular distributed on or about Tuesday, 18 December 2018
All the other dates and times remain unchanged at this time but are subject to amendment and
any such amendment will be released on SENS and published in the press.
