In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE           
Limited, the board of directors of Bauba Platinum Limited ("the Board")         
hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Kholeka Mzondeki has been appointed    
as a non executive director with immediate effect.                              
Kholeka Mzondeki is a chartered accountant with experience in general           
financial management and directorship and is a member of the ACCA (United       
Kingdom) Council.
