INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2022

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue from continuing operations decreased by R4.6 million to R3.8 million from
     R8.4 million in the prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share increased to 9.9 cents per share, from earnings of 4.8 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Basic earnings per share increased to 9.9 cents per share, from earnings of 4.0 cents per
     share in the prior corresponding period.

     An ordinary dividend of 12 cents per share was declared on the 30 September 2022,
     down from a special dividend of 88 cents in the prior corresponding period.
