                        CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Monde Nkosi has resigned
from the Board as non-executive director, and the relevant committees of GPI, with effect from
14 November 2022.

Monde was appointed to the Board in December 2019. He has chaired the Investment
Committee and had been a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He has
served in these roles with distinction and contributed to the successful value unlock program
at GPI over the last three years. We wish Monde well in his future endeavours.
