Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 29 April 2021
related to the commencement of debt restructure negotiations.

Shareholders are advised that THL is still in the process of finalising this matter and further
information in relation to the above will be provided once available and in accordance with the
required practices in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in THL’s
securities until the refinance of the debt facilities has been concluded and the full financial impact
of the loss has been quantified.
