RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
In terms of paragraph 3.91 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
the Board of directors advise that all the ordinary
resolutions and special resolutions as set out in the notice
of the general meeting, were passed by a majority of
shareholder votes at the general meeting held today at Menlyn
Boutique Hotel, Pretoria.
Altogether 61% of voteable shares, being 117 066 901 shares,
were represented at the general meeting.
