Shareholders are advised that the Metair management team will be hosting an investor site visit to the AutoZone and
First Battery operations in Johannesburg on Monday, 12 May 2025. The programme will include an introductory overview of
Metair, followed by presentations and tours of the facilities.

The presentations by management will be available on the website at www.metair.co.za/investors/presentations/ and do not
