TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SEA HARVEST

In compliance with Section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008 (the “Companies Act”),
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Sea Harvest has received
notification from the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited (“PIC”) of the disposal by the PIC of
Sea Harvest ordinary shares, such that the PIC now holds 4,262% of Sea Harvest's total issued ordinary
shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3) (a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel (“TRP”).

The board of directors of Sea Harvest accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement and certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information contained in
this announcement is true and this announcement does not omit anything that is likely to affect the
import of such information.
