TERMINATION OF ASTORIA’S SECONDARY LISTING ON THE NAMIBIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
Astoria shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS and the SEM on 27 January 2020 in
terms of which Astoria shares will be delisted from the Namibian Stock Exchange (“NSX”) as soon as
practically possible.
The NSX Listings Division has agreed to the delisting of Astoria’s, secondary listing status on the main board
in terms of Sec 17 (6) of the SECA and paragraph 1.13 of the NSX Listings Requirements.
The salient dates and times in relation to the suspension and delisting are set out in the table below:

Publication of declaration data Thursday, 30 January
Publication of finalisation information Thursday, 30 January
Last day to trade Friday, 7 February
Suspension of Astoria’s secondary listing on the NSX Monday, 10 February
Record date Friday, 14 February
Termination of Astoria’s secondary listing on the NSX Tuesday, 18 February
Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, and
a secondary listing on the main board of the Namibian Stock Exchange.
