The board of directors (“Board”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of Greenbay and the general
public that the condensed unaudited consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended 31 December 2016 have
been published and can be viewed on Greenbay’s website (www.greenbayprop.mu).

Greenbay has its primary listing on the Official List of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and a secondary listing on
the Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
