With regard to the audited results for the year ended 2015, shareholders are advised that the annual
financial statements will be distributed to shareholders on 22 March 2016 and contain no modifications to
the audited results which were published on SENS on 22 February 2016.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 76Th annual general meeting of Hulamin shareholders will be held at the
Company offices, Moses Mabhida Road, Pietermaritzburg, on Thursday, 21 April 2016 at 15h00 to transact
the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
