INCENTIVE PLANS

granted rights to participate in the Company’s share
incentive plans as follows:

Share appreciation rights, which are subject to performance
conditions and vest after three years, with a grant date of
29 May 2013, at a grant price of R126,85.

Long term incentive plan awards, which are subject to

The effective date of the above transactions was 24 June
2013, approval for the individual allocations has been
given.
