ERRONEOUS TRADES DUE TO SYSTEM MALFUNCTION


Shareholders are advised that the Company has been informed by a single broker ("Broker") that, due
to a system malfunction of the Broker, trades were executed late afternoon on 14 October 2025 in
respect of the Company's shares without any instruction from certain Insimbi shareholders, including
the Company's Chief Executive Officer of approximately 6.85 million Insimbi shares.

The Company, has proactively engaged with the JSE Limited and the Broker to investigate the matter
and to take appropriate corrective action, including the possible reversal of the affected trades which
would be appropriate under the circumstances.

Shareholders will be updated once the investigation has been concluded and further information
becomes available.
