Shareholders are advised that the Company is in discussions regarding a potential acquisition, which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities. Shareholders are accordingly advised
to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made or the cautionary
announcement is withdrawn.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This announcement is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure Obligations
of Reporting Issuers) Rules 2007. The board of directors of Astoria accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the
