RETRACTION OF RESIGNATION

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement
(“Announcement”) released by the Company on 14 November 2022 wherein the Company
advised that Mr Monde Nkosi resigned from the board of directors of the Company (“Board”)
with effect from 14 November 2022.

Mr Nkosi yesterday retracted his resignation, in light of regulation 108(2) of the Companies
Regulations, 2011, which retraction the Company has accepted, and, as a result, the
Announcement is hereby also withdrawn.

The Board accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and
confirms that to the best of their collective knowledge and belief, the information contained in
this announcement is true and this announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the
importance of the information.
