NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 2nd
Floor, 5 Commerce Square, 39 Rivonia Road (entrance in Helling Road), Sandhurst, Johannesburg
on Wednesday, 2 November 2016 at 09:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice of the Company, forming part of the annual financial statements.
The integrated annual report was distributed to shareholders today, 5 October 2016.
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report, including the annual financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2016, is available on the Company’s website at www.york.co.za.
The annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2016 contain no modifications to the
audited results released on SENS on 27 September 2016.
