DISPOSAL OF COGNITION HOUSE

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27 June 2023 and
advised that:

-   all the conditions precedent to the Disposal have been met, and the Disposal is therefore
    unconditional;
-   the following details regarding the beneficial owners of the Purchaser, all of whom are
    South African citizens and none of whom are related parties to Cognition, were
    inadvertently omitted from that announcement:

    DG Pictures Proprietary Limited (53%), the majority shareholder of which is Dumi Gumbi;
    Paul Meyer (28%); and
    Gerhard Painter (19%).

The board of directors of the company accepts responsibility for the information contained in
this announcement, and certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information is
true and, where appropriate, this announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the
