The Company has received notification of the following transactions involving the acquisition of ordinary
shares of £0.01 each (“Shares”) in the Company on 26 October 2017 through the Company's Scrip Dividend
Scheme (“the Scrip”). The Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at £0.5507 per share, being
the Scrip reference share price.

capital.
