NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report containing the audited annual
financial statements for the Company and the group for the year ended 28 February 2014
has been posted to shareholders today, 7 July 2014. There have been no changes from the
reviewed condensed consolidated provisional group results for the year ended 28 February
2014 released on SENS on 28 May 2014.
The group financial results were audited by the Company`s independent auditors, Deloitte &
Touche. A copy of their unmodified audit report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office, Adcorp Office Park, Nicolway Bryanston, corner William Nicol Drive and
Wedgewood Link, Bryanston.
The annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at Adcorp Office
Park, Nicolway Bryanston, corner William Nicol Drive and Wedgewood Link, Bryanston on
Wednesday, 6 August 2014 at 08h00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of
annual general meeting forming part of the integrated annual report.
The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the register maintained by the
transfer secretaries of the Company for the purposes of being entitled to attend and vote at
the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 29 July 2014. The last day to trade is therefore
Tuesday, 22 July 2014.
