DIRECTORS OPTIONS

Eastern Platinum Limited announces that on September 26, 2013, four directors of the Company have
elected to surrender a portion of their stock options. David Cohen surrendered a total of 3,925,000
options over ordinary shares of no par value, Robert Gayton surrendered a total of 600,000 options over
ordinary shares of no par value, and Gordon Keep and Merfyn Roberts both surrendered a total of
400,000 options each over ordinary shares of no par value. The surrender of the options is effective
immediately and the surrender was completed for nil consideration.

Following the surrender, the total shares issued and outstanding remained 928,187,807.
