FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF THE TRADING ASSETS AND
LIABILITIES OF BRIGIT FIRE (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, BRIGIT SYSTEMS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED AND
PORTAGAS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED (“Brigit”)

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 May 2023 wherein they were
advised that Hudaco has signed an agreement to acquire the trading assets and liabilities of Brigit,
effective from the first day of the month following the fulfilment of all suspensive conditions. These
suspensive conditions included the satisfactory completion of a due diligence and approval from the
Competition Tribunal.

Shareholders are advised that all suspensive conditions have now been fulfilled so the acquisition is
unconditional and will become effective from 1 September 2023.
