RESIGNATION OF GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER

In compliance with paragraphs 3.59 and 6.39 of the JSE Listings Requirements and JSE Debt Listings
Requirements respectively, shareholders and noteholders are advised, that Mr Reeza Isaacs has
resigned as Group Finance Director; as well as an executive director of WHL and member of the WHL
Treasury and Risk, Information and Technology Committees. Mr Isaacs will be leaving the Group with
effect from 30 June 2023 to pursue new interests.

The WHL board of directors (“the Board”) has accepted Mr Isaacs’ resignation and expresses its sincere
appreciation for his service and contribution over the past 10 years and wishes him well in the future.

The Board has appointed Mr Zaid Manjra as interim Chief Financial Officer of WHL effective from
1 July 2023. Mr Manjra is a chartered accountant with nearly 20 years post qualification experience,
the last 15 of which have been with the Group in various senior financial roles. The Board will advise
shareholders and noteholders of a permanent appointment of a Group Finance Director in due course.
