INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2022

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     -   Revenue increased by 17.6% to R7.329 million, from R6.233 million in the prior
         corresponding period.

     -   Loss before taxation increased by 0.3% to R7.386 million, from R7.361 million in the
         prior corresponding period.

     -   Headline loss and loss per share remained the same at 11.6 cents per share,
         compared to 11.6 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     -   No dividends have been declared for this interim period (August 2021: nil).
