PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2021 – CORRECTION TO CONSOLIDATED
STATEMENT OF CASH FLOWS

Shareholders are referred to Omnia’s annual financial statements published on SENS on 22 June 2021, and are
advised that the Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows as included in the published audited annual financial results
for the year ended 31 March 2021 (the "published results") contained a misclassification error (the
"misclassification").

Immediately that the misclassification was identified, the Company engaged with its auditors with a view to
publishing the corrected revised Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows as quickly and efficiently as possible. The
revised Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows, together with the full audited financial results for the year ended
31 March 2021, may be accessed via Omnia's website at
www.omnia.co.za/reports-and-results/annual-reports/2021.

The correction of the misclassification results in the reclassification of deferred and contingent consideration
payments from cash inflows from operating activities to cash inflows from investing activities. For the sake of
clarity, this affects the Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows as follows:

                                                         Previously reported Corrected
                                                                        2021 2021
                                                                         R'm R'm
Net cash inflow from operating activities 1 917 2 180
Net cash inflow from investing activities 1 829 1 566

Cash generated from operations increased from R2 322 million to R2 585 million as a result of the correction of
the misclassification. The revised Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows has no impact on the earnings per share,
headline earnings per share or net asset value of the Group as disclosed in the published results.

The Company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. have, as a result of the misclassification, revised their audit
opinion to include an emphasis of matter. The revised unmodified audit opinion is available on the Company's
website at www.omnia.co.za/reports-and-results/annual-reports/2021.
