NOTICE OF RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT DATE


Capital & Regional plc announces a revised date for the publication of its final results for the year ended 30 December
2020.

The results will now be published on 9 March 2021, after the Group's auditor Deloitte requested, in light of practical
resource constraints due to the current lockdown, that flexibility be applied to the current year-end timetable (1,2).

This short delay will allow sufficient time for the auditor to complete its work on the results and ensure the quality of
its reporting is not compromised.
