CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa   
Listings Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors,        
shareholders are advised that the following appointments to the Italtile Board  
have been made with effect from today:                                          
Mr Christian Trumpelmann, Italtile"s current Chief Operating Officer, as an     
Executive Director who will retain his responsibilities as Chief Operating      
Officer; and                                                                    
Mr Gian-Paolo Ravazzotti, as an Executive Director, who will take responsibility
for the Italtile Group"s I.T.function.
