COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF ATTERBURY VALUE MART


Hyprop shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 8 February 2021 regarding the disposal of
Atterbury Value Mart. Transfer of Atterbury Value Mart to the purchasers has been registered and the cash proceeds
from the disposal received. The cash proceeds will be used to strengthen Hyprop’s balance sheet.
