Release of Annual Financial Statements and no change statement

The Audited Group Annual Financial Statements and Company Annual Financial
Statements for Super Group have been released today. They can be found on
the Super Group website www.supergroup.co.za. Abridged financial statements
will not be published as the Company’s reviewed provisional results for the
year ended 30 June 2012 published on SENS on 20 August 2012 and subsequently
distributed to shareholders are unchanged. The Annual Financial Statements
are audited by KPMG Inc. whose unmodified report is available for inspection
at the registered office of the Company. Copies of the Annual Financial
Statements can be obtained from the registered office of the Company and the
Company’s transfer secretaries.

The Group’s Integrated Report, incorporating the notice of Annual General
Meeting, will be distributed to shareholders of the Company on or about
26 October 2012. Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the applicable
record dates regarding the Annual General Meeting will be released on SENS
on the distribution date.
