RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of City Lodge      
shareholders held on Thursday,                                                  
10 November 2011, the ordinary resolutions and special resolutions as set out   
in the notice of annual general meeting dispatched to shareholders on 10 October
2011 were passed, on a poll, by the requisite majorities.                       
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the CIPC.
