Metrofile shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the cautionary          
announcement published on SENS on 24 May 2011 and in the South African press    
on 26 May 2011, and are advised that discussions are still in progress which,   
if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the       
Company`s securities.
