FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGE OF NAME

Reference is made to the announcement released on SENS on 31 August 2023 regarding the Results of General
Meeting and passing of the special resolution in relation to the Change of Name (“Change of Name”). IPF has received
confirmation of filing from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”) and accordingly the Change
of Name is now finalised.

The salient dates and times relating to the Change of Name are as follows:

Termination date for trading under the name “Investec Property Fund Limited” and

“Burstone” and share code “BTN” from commencement of trade on                                 Wednesday, 20 September
Record date for Change of Name on                                                                Friday, 22 September
Date that the accounts of dematerialised shareholders with their CSDP’s or brokers
will be updated with the new name and certificated shareholders will have their
entitlements credited to their account with Computershare Nominees (Pty) Ltd                     Tuesday, 26 September

IPF will retain its history and will remain listed in the Real Estate Investment Trust sector of the Main Board of the JSE.
