ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGWD SECURITIES


SYGWD has issued and will list an additional 889 204 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR
44.95 per security.


Following the listing of the 889 204 securities, there will be 247 557 450
SYGWD securities in issue.
