IAP advises that on 8 April 2021 it received two notifications of change of beneficial ownership
in IAP, being a Form 604 Notice of change of interest of substantial holder from 360 Capital IG
Pty Limited as trustee of 360 Capital IG Trust and Form 603 Notice of initial substantial holder
from 360 Capital Holdings Pty Limited advising that on 2 April 2021 they collectively had voting
power of 15.18% in IAP.
