EXTENSION FOR PUBLICATION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT


Shareholders are referred to the market notice issued by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (“FSCA”)
and communicated by the JSE on 3 April 2020, granting an extension of financial reporting periods and are
advised that the Company will be utilising the two-month extension period afforded to issuers in that notice.

The Company’s financial year-end was 30 June 2020. Accordingly, in the normal course, the Company would
have been required to distribute its audited Annual Financial Statements (“AFS”) together with the notice of
annual general meeting (“AGM”) to shareholders by no later than 31 October 2020.

Advanced Health released its reviewed results on SENS on 25 September 2020. Advanced Health is in the
process of finalising its audited AFS for the year ended 30 June 2020. Due to the restrictions placed on the
Company as a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic and resultant lockdowns in the regions that the
Company operates in as well as the consequential impact on the financial results and disclosures arising from
the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders are advised that the Company will be relying on the two month
extension granted by the FSCA. It is anticipated that the Company's audited AFS and Integrated Annual Report
for the year ended 30 June 2020 will be published and distributed to shareholders as soon as possible, but
no later than 30 December 2020.
