In accordance with Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and Section 3.83 (b) of the
JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that on 20 April 2020, the Company received
formal notification that VCP, which is the registered investment manager to Value Capital Partners H4 QI
Hedge Fund and various other funds, had acquired ordinary shares of Sun International, such that their
beneficial interest has increased to 20.14% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
