Production report for the nine months ended 30 September 2016 
  
Merafe’s attributable ferrochrome production from the Glencore Merafe Chrome Venture for the first
nine months of 2016 increased by 3% compared to the comparative 2015 period. This increase was
primarily attributable to the additional production from the Project Lion II furnaces. Production volumes
were managed across the first three quarters of the year through timing of furnace refurbishments to
optimise stock levels.
