Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 11 March 2016, Mr Paul Simon May who is a citizen of United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, has been appointed as Financial Director of Green Flash and Mr
Ronnie Porter who is a resident in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, has been appointed as
independent non-executive director of Green Flash.
Green Flash has its primary listing on the SEM and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
