RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Redefine International, the income focused UK Real Estate Investment Trust, announces that, after more than 9 years
working for the Redefine International Group, Andrew Rowell, the Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation
as a director of the Company in order to take up a similar role abroad.

Andrew has given notice in accordance with the terms of his employment contract and will step down from the Board
once an appropriate successor has been identified.
