With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2015, shareholders are advised
that the annual financial statements have been distributed to shareholders on 30 June 2015 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 8 June 2015.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the ninth annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company
("the AGM") will be held in the Table Mountain Board Room, 7 th Floor, Alexander Forbes, 115
West Street, Sandown, Johannesburg on Thursday, 30 July 2015 at 10h00 to transact the business
as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial results.

      Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to receive the            19 June 2015
      notice of annual general meeting
      Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend and vote at the annual         17 July 2015
      general meeting
      Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to attend and             24 July 2015
      vote at the annual general meeting
      Forms of proxy for the annual general meeting to be lodged by 10h00 on 28
      July 2015

*any proxies not lodged by this time must be handed to the chairperson of the annual general
meeting immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
