FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Metrofile shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 26 March 2025 in terms
of which shareholders were advised that the Company was in discussions relating to the potential
acquisition of the Company (the "Potential Transaction") and had constituted an independent
board (the "Independent Board") to assess and consider the approaches relating to the Potential
Transaction.

Shareholders are advised that the Company has progressed discussions with a single party
relating to the Potential Transaction and has agreed to permit such party to commence a high
level limited due diligence.

Shareholders are therefore advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a further announcement in this regard is made.

The Metrofile board of directors and the Independent Board collectively and individually accept
responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and certify that, to the best of
their knowledge and belief, the information contained in this announcement relating to Metrofile is
true and this announcement does not omit anything that is likely to affect the importance of such
