In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Pembury (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following changes:


Resignation of Directors
-   Ms Pretty Nondeyi has resigned as Non-Executive Director with effect from 12 July 2023. The Board
    thanks Ms Nondeyi for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
    endeavors.
