Clearance was obtained in respect of each dealing outlined above.
All of the above transactions relate to the sale of shares originally acquired in terms of the Stor-Age
Property REIT Limited Share Purchase And Option Scheme (the “Scheme”). The proceeds from the
sales are to be used to settle loan obligations owing to Stor-Age in terms of the Scheme. The Scheme
has since been superseded by a Conditional Share Plan adopted by shareholders in February 2019.
