Further to the announcement made this morning, confirming the appointment of Sir
Philip Hampton as an independent non-executive director of the Company with     
immediate effect, the Company announces that, Sir Philip is interested in 637   
ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company.              
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company`s obligations  
under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2  
to 3.1.4 and Listing rule 9.6.11.
