CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Mr Ben Kodisang has been appointed to the board of directors of Vukile (the "board") as a
non-executive director with effect from 1 April 2023. Mr Kodisang will also join the Property and Investment Committee
as a member.

Mr Kodisang currently serves as the CEO of ALT Capital Partners, a property private equity business – in which Vukile
holds an equity investment. Mr Kodisang has prestigious investment and property expertise spanning a career of 25 years,
which includes roles such as CEO of Sanlam Alternative Investments, MD of STANLIB AM and Africa, as well as MD of
Old Mutual Property. He is also a past president of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA).

The board welcomes Ben to the company and looks forward to his future contributions.
